For contact data you upload, you are the data controller and Pintxt acts as a data processor.

4. Security
Encryption, access controls and logging protect data.
5. Sub-processors
We use vetted providers such as Meta and cloud hosting partners.
6. Data processing agreement
A DPA is available on request for business customers.
