This policy explains when subscription payments made to Pintxt can be refunded.
1. Refund request period
Refund requests can be raised within 7 days of the first payment.
2. After onboarding
Once onboarding is completed (WhatsApp API number connected and live), subscription fees are non-refundable.
3. Meta charges
Wallet balance used for Meta conversation charges is non-refundable once consumed.
4. Renewals & cancellation
You can cancel auto-renewal any time; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
5. Promotional pricing
Discounted or promotional plans are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
6. How to request
Email hello@example.com with your registered email, invoice number and reason. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.
