7. Fees & payments
Subscription fees are billed in advance. Meta conversation charges are billed separately as per Meta’s rate card.

The platform, brand and content belong to Pintxt. You keep ownership of your data and content.

We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or Meta policies.
10. Disclaimers
Services are provided “as is”. Message delivery also depends on Meta and network availability.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the previous 3 months.
